A guide to duplication and replication

This section is intended to provide guidance on the technical features and graphics that must have supplied the material, according to the different needs of duplication.

Each job has different requirements, depending on the number of copies you want to play, the type of printing graphics and features of the packaging.

Qunatity and type of media to be dubbed
Depending on the number of copies to achieve the production techniques are different: for quantities up to 1,000 pieces (both CD-Rom and DVD) Multimediatech adopting the process of burning through professional equipment and supports reliable, providing an accurate service quality control media duplication, by skilled technicians. For quantities superori 1000 pieces of media duplication occurs ttramite printing Glass Master. This process allows to obtain large quantities in a short time with excellent quality and reliability.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MASTER
The characteristics of the master to use for duplication must be the following:

CD-ROM data, Video-CD, CD-Audio to provide the master CD-R good quality, burned at low speed (4x max); double copy.
DVD-Video, DVD-Data, DVD-Audio provide the master DVD-R of high quality, burned at 1x speed; double copy.

Customizing graphic media and packaging
As for the graphics to be applied to the support, Multimediatech offers different solutions, depending on individual needs: offset printing, screen printing and digital thermal printing. In any case, the print quality is always impeccable.
The press material accompanying (booklet, inlay, digipack, bags, etc) following printing processes that ensure the highest fidelity of colors and finishes set precise.

FILES TECHNICAL SPECS
The characteristics of files to print media by providing Multimediatech are as follows:

vector file format (pdf, FreeHand, AI)
files raster CMYK (tiff, psd, jpg)
resolution of 300 dpi or better
bleed 2 mm

To avoid problems when you print it is appropriate that all the files in vector format texts are converted into paths and is given a draft of the print as a reference.
